Cafe de Russo began as a simple idea: bring the warm coffee culture of Brazil to a corner table in America. Our beans travel from small farms in Minas Gerais, and we brew them the way we grew up drinking them — bright, unhurried, meant to be shared.

Alongside the coffee you'll find the classics: buttery croissants, quick sandwiches, and pão de queijo warm from the oven. Nothing fussy. Just food we'd want to eat, made carefully.
